I am writing this review while waiting to be seen for the first time. Upon our arrival, we were handed several pieces of paper to be filled out. We arrived 15 min. earlier than our appt. expecting the paperwork. We turned in the forms, and haven’t heard anything since turning them into the receptionist. It’s been an hour and we have no clue what’s next. Extremely bad communication between Manual and the patient.
