Shout out to Ralph Simpson at MOST Physical Therapy in Whitefish. He has worked with me for a year to keep me from knee surgery and has done a fabulous job. Biology, of course wins, and I am now 6 weeks post partial knee replacement and doing squats on one knee. Ralph, you are the best. Thank you!
