It is impossible to contact anyone at Mantz Miller. No matter when I call or how many times I call all I ever get is a voice mail message telling me to leave my number and someone will get back to me. No one has ever called me back and it appears they have sold my auto policy to another insurance company.
I saved over $800 per year on my homeowners/car insurance when I switched to this agency several years ago. They came highly recommended by several people at the time. I’ve received invitations from other agency’s to get quotes but when I accepted their invitation they either never get back to me or their price can’t compete. I’m sticking with Mantz Miller/Seltzer Group.
Mantz Miller Insurance is THE place to get insurance. I have always dealt with Jack Grove and he has been very informative, patient with my questions and willing to work with you to find the best policy "fit". Along with all that, he is a great guy with a wicked sense of humor. Any other staff that I have contact with has been top notch.
