Cant locate Addresses online
Ac compressor needs to be replaced 2 years and about 4 months after move in. $1400 after accounting for warranty on the Trane unit. Tree in front of the house died. $800. Hoa told us to restain our fence in front whereas other homes by other builders didn't have this problem. Interior painted with two different paint types so we had to pay a painter fix it. Grout became miscolored so we paid to fix that. Outlet in the garage trips a breaker everytime it rains. Have lost food in our garage fridge due to it. They did come and ... read more
Homes are beautiful! However do not use their recommend loan officer for their incentive. Unfortunately Jason can not read a paystub. They will pre approve you and tell you how easy you are to work with and even give you an additional 5k off the home price! All because YOU as the buyer made it so simple. Unfortunately because their recommended loan officer couldn’t read a pay stub and approved us initially, ultimately he said no. So we sought out another loan.
