When I called for them to check my geothermal furnace I got an appointment in one day. I was amazed but very pleased. When he arrived (on time) he told me what the problem was within 10 minutes of being here. He had to order a part to fix it and said the part would arrive in a week or week and a half. He got the part the next day (which was Saturday) and installed it on Monday. The furnace has been working great (heat and cooling) since then.
