Ron arrived on time for a Sunday appointment for which we were grateful he was kind enough to schedule. I feel he was honest and sincere in his evaluation and educated us in exactly how everything worked and what was done to fix our system/problem. He charged one third of what the previous repairman charged for the same problem only a couple years ago. Ron found out what was wrong and fixed it differently.
