Awesome experience and home's
Nice place but over priced. Where’s the lake?
This community is awesome! So many activities not just for kids but for everyone! There are a variety of builders, variety of lot size and priced from the 300’s to the 700’s thousand at the time of writing this review. The new Van Alstyne High School is being built just down the street and has easy access to 75! It’s about 25 minutes from Frisco, 45 minutes from DFW airport and only 12 minutes from the new Texas Instruments semiconductor plant in Sherman!
