We booked appointment through Zocdoc two weeks in advance, nobody from the office of Dr. Gupta ever contacted us. My husband organized all day to go there. We live in Nj. He had an emergency situation. He was looking for parking for two hours to hear from lady on the front desk that they don’t take our insurance!!!!Just a message about bringing urine sample. Made appointment with Dr. Gupta due to earliest available appointment for Kidney stones. The doctor was affiliated with other doctors I been using on MYCHART online service. Less than 24 hours before my appointment was notified by his staff to tell me that Dr. Gupta doesn't take my insurance(wasted 2 weeks waiting for this appointment). I was also informed if I want to pay cash it would be $500.00 just to see him, SO OF COURSE I CANCELED. Poor management and no care for patients booking in advance.
Doctor Gupta has been treating me for aggressive stone problems since 2016 . Since then through surgery and guidance multiple times I feel I have the one urologist with passion to handle my problems though out my life . I wish more doctors had the same sense of caring when you are in such pain and seeking answers to good health
