My hair was cut way shorter than the agreed upon two inches. I felt as though what I had wanted and explained was not done Donna had called a few hours before my appointment to inform me that the original stylist was sick and could either go with a different gal or reschedule. I decided to try someone new in case this situation happened again and was in a lurch. I absolutely love Ann, my nail technician! She is an artist.. I give her full reign on doing my nails. I love the cat eye technique & Ann is sooo creative. She is pleasant, smart & knows her craft! I always look forward to & enjoy my visits.
