From wrong room service order being delivers and the second also incorrect and items missing , I gave up. No tv no chrome cast, wifi intermittent. Advertised reception hours for weekends 7am-8pm ! Nope closed at 6pm . Took 45 min on the phone to some outside lady who pissy on the phone and put me thru to Emily. Previously no issue but today really had . I spend 1000s here year early for work .
