I’ve been following this Salon and Kristi for over 10 years now. I’ve never left unhappy, my cut, color, and styling is always amazing. My kids now also go here and they leave with the biggest smiles on their face. Never a missed detail, everyone in the salon is kind! I’ve gone from blonde to brown and back again.
This place should not even be in business. I asked for TWO inch off and they hacked off SIX inch. That’s not a trim, that’s butchering. When I confronted them, they gave me some ridiculous excuse about making it “straight.” No — that’s just laziness and zero skill. They don’t listen, they don’t care and they’re downright rude about it. If you value your hair, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Total nightmare.
