Jessica stole our money , then when I stated it's been 3 months, she staryed sending threatening emails. I have to go through the processes of a dispute. Dealing with a loved ones death, then being stole from, treated like garbage, then threatened by her, it's heartbreaking. No empathy. No compassion. Just theft and hostility. Worst experience of my life. It's now been 3 months and still don't have the 3 orbs we ordered. Horrible customer service. Every time I ask for an update, I get an email from somebody named Jessica saying she's sick and it's delayed. 3 months of this!! I asked for a refund. But now I have 10 days left, so I'm forced to dispute the charge. This is a hard time for people, and rhe lack of customer service, emparhy, or any kind of business ethic is deplorable. I regret ever trusting this company!
The owner is rude and threatens legal action as her first response if you have any questions. Delivery was 10 weeks delayed and then the product was received with wrong colors, piss poor engraving AND the names were spelled wrong in the engraving. The product is shoddy, cheaply made, and then on top of that the owner is horrible and has no customer service skills.
TL;DR: The product was 14 weeks late, had the wrong colors, was full of bubbles, unstable, and missing an important part of the special order. The company owner’s responses were very rude and dismissive. I would never recommend this business to my worst enemy. STAY AWAY. On April 23, 2022, I placed an order through Mantra Glass Art’s website for a decorative bowl made from glass containing my beloved pet’s cremains for a total cost of $292.93. Horrified and upset during already upsetting time – totally insensitive business! Do not use this Mantra company! There are better ones who are in the memorial art for sensitive and caring reasons rather than just the money. My family is still horrified and emotionally distraught at the illegal, insensitive and unaccountable practices given to us by Mantra Glass Art, Jessica and Ryan after they incorrectly, insensitively and illegally sent my son’s ashes as "packing material" in a box with one of their glass items. Do NOT trust your loved ones ashes with these people. They do NOT care about them or you! Ordered January 15, 2021, received today, May 27, 2021! First they said they received my Mom's ashes then they said they didn't have them! When ordered said would ship by April 12th and I had to reach out to them twice to find out the status of my Mom's remains! This is my MOTHER...her body!
