Do not book here. I missed checking the reviews here before making my booking. Big mistake. I waited 30 minutes at reception, nobody here, nobody answering phones. What a joke!

Great place to stay! Was served by a lovely gentlemen who upgraded our room after hearing about our horrible experience at another hotel. Room was nice and clean! My only suggestion would be to put some money into better blankets and pillows. Maybe have some spare in rooms as it’s pretty cold. I’d definitely stay again.

So we stayed at this Mantra for the weekend. I’ve stayed at a lot of Mantra hotels in the past and this was the most disappointing one I’ve stayed at. Firstly the location is so bizarre. It’s tucked in the back of an industrial area and if you want a quiet and good night sleep absolutely forget it. The beds are hard as rocks, the lounge is hard as a rock and it’s extremely noisy. The reception is in a car park which is weird and the location of the hotel is bizarre….in the middle of an industrial area. The view is a heap of car retailers/detailers and a carpark. The lady on reception was lovely, props to her service, but unfortunately it wasn’t enough to save the place. There’s nothing within walking distance so don’t plan a stroll to restaurants or bars.
