Very convinent location for the purpose of my trip. In hindsight, there were better options available in a similar price range that would have worked out better. Room was below average, visibly not clean and in bad need of maintenance. Would not recommend at all or consider staying there ever again. Classing themselves as a 4-star hotel is a massive stretch from the reality of it. The owners URGENTLY need to put some investment into upgrading and refurbishing this hotel.
Review: Mantra Castle Hill Stay Honestly, my stay at the Mantra Castle Hill very bad. They offered some great convenience, but the service and upkeep really let the experience down. I wished I had read these before I booked. Mouldy bathroom, very sticky bathroom floor, dirty crockery, broken fly screen & garage door broken so not secure. Accor needs to investigate.
Absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here. It is filthy!!!!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked through Virgin Velocity for what was advertised as a 1-bedroom apartment with 1 queen bed and 1 king bed. The photos showed exactly that. I was travelling to Sydney with my elderly, not in the best health, mum for her sister’s funeral, so having the correct room was essential.
