Definitely a salon full of inexperienced staff, so beware! Even if money is tight (the reason I came here for a haircut) it isn’t worth it…you’ll have to pay another hair stylist to fix the haircut that they give you at Mantra! Please do yourselves and your clients a favour and get the proper training needed to give quality haircuts. (Also, they do not have thinning scissors, so don’t ask them to thin your hair out because they’ll use regular scissors and ruin your hair)

wene I asked her repeatedly to thin my hair she kept saying yes I will .. by the end of it she never did wene I asked if she planned to.. her response was we forgot the thinning scissors at home and they cut my hair with scissors from the dollar store. To top it off the back of my 50$ Guess shirt I just bought is dyed black from her rinsing my hair so that's ruined..and I had a coupon coving me for a hair dye job and she should only dye my roots..to top it off I wad there for 3 hrs and I don't think I heard her speak more th... read more

The owner is rude, insensitive and callous. I have sensitive skin. I asked her to go slow on my waxing. She monked giving me example of others. She got angry telling me that I'm saying that she doesn't know her job, which I never said. She has inexperienced staff. I wanted to get my hair done in a certain way, but she handed me to inexperienced staff and eventually i could not get the services done, but she redeemed the groupon coupon without providing me the services.The way she talks is very unkind and impolite. One of the best salons I have been to. Exceptional customer service. Raaj is very knowledgeable and patient and friendly. Definitely recommend.
