Love this place, always do what I ask for and better.
I came in today for highlights and a face-framing contour. Overall, I’m really happy with the color result, especially considering it was done in just one session! However, once I got home and was able to check the back of my hair in better lighting, I realized there barely are any highlights in the back. When I lift my hair, it’s mostly dark underneath, which isn't quite what we discussed or what was shown in the reference picture I provided.
