Arnold was very kind and understanding of our extermination needs. I have a lot of allergies so I was amazed that the spray he used didn't harm myself or my pets. I couldn't believe how fast and efficiently he worked! Then weeks later, I noticed a few bugs had been brought back into our house by our cats. This was my fault for forgetting that there were blankets and linens still outside on our porch but not washed yet.
