Megan is a world-class trainer and her entire team are some of the most knowledgeable and inspiring coaches you will ever meet. The most important piece is how much they care for their athletes. They inspire kids and adults alike. I am a health club owner and strength conditioning coach with over 25 years of experience and don't write very many reviews and felt compelled.
My kid loves training with Meghan! She works him hard but she's effective. She definitely knows what she's doing.
