They totally rock! I have been going since Lauren Gaines was a doctor there and she advocated so much to find me help because I don’t have any regular insurance. I needed a hip replacement and she had to find a place to do an MRI that went by a scale system and she did! And then found out of many that was called an orthopedist who doesn’t knees and hips in Greenville, who saw me and wasn’t concerned about the fact that I didn’t have insurance he was concerned about the fact to help me! I've been seeing Dr. Sawin since December and she has been fantastic. She listened and understood. No rushing me in and out as ive experienced in other medical offices. With her help I've been able to control my diabetes and lose weight. Her and the staff at MCHC show genuine care for their patients. The have a pharmacy right inside the clinic and the have resources to help cover costs if you dont have insurance. I definitely recommend MCHC and Dr. Sawin.
The staff is friendly, appointment scheduling is easy, and the doctor on site is excellent and spends quality time with me!
Put on hold for ten minutes, hung up on, then informed when I called back that they're booked out through August.
