Manu looked after us really well, explained the car in detail and answered all our questions after the sale. No hard sell or upsell and very friendly.
Manu was great to deal with No pressure and a very likeable young guy,I had an issue with my credit card while trying to get an insurance cover note and Manu actually paid my insurance on his card trusting me to transfer the funds into his account when I returned home and sorted it out with the bank,most people would have just delayed delivery,so I have to say service beyond the norm so thanks again Manu totally a no stress experience

I recently purchased a 2025 Qashqai and paid for a tow bar installation. At the time of purchase, the dealer assured me the tow bar would be installed and ready within two days (when I collected the new car). However, the dealer failed to deliver as promised — they did not have the tow ball in stock. I had to return days later for the installation.
