If you’re considering getting your LDV serviced at LDV Fawkner, do yourself a favour and go literally anywhere else. Brought my brand-new car in for its first 5,000km service and somehow it came back in worse condition than it arrived. Not only were several obvious warranty faults brushed off with bizarre excuses (“the microphone is quiet because it’s far away”… seriously?), but the USB port - installed upside down from factory - was blamed on me, with a $600 quote to fix LDV’s own manufacturing error. Great service, good communication. I had a fuel leak (supplied a photo) and they didn't hesitate to provide me with a loan car. The leak was fixed promptly. Overall good experience.
