I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Kia's service center. I had arranged to have my Kia Carnival serviced, and I was told to drop it off at 7:30 am. However, when I arrived, the service team didn't open until 7:45 am. I was 2nd in the queue. I informed Joey M that I would pick up my car and return the loan car at 3 pm, but when I arrived, I was told that my car wasn't ready. After finding out I was expecting my 3rd child I knew it was time to upgrade the family car. When I walked in I had no idea as to what I was looking for all I knew was I wanted to have a look at the chery pro max 8 ultimate 2024. Moe approached us straight away to help us. Once we explained that we wanted to look at the chery he explained the ins and outs perfectly and we were sold. Jesse and Teresa were amazing to work with in helping me get my new Kia Saltos. They communicated everything so well and helped with any questions I had. A few of my family have purchased new cars and extras from both of them in the past so i knew who i should go to for mine. I was so excited to find out my car came in early and everything was ready to go for me.
