Terrible Service I will never go here again. I went here for something so minor and small and the mechanic didn’t do a good job it came off. The receptionist at the front desk with the thin eyebrows and straight black hair like to argue with the customers instead of having De-escalation tactics. It happened at this the location Like I said terrible service that is my experience I can only speak for myself have a great day.
I had REPEATLY take my car back.. They are charging ridiculous prices but is not fixing the problem. This time the shop REFUSED to work on my car… They need to be reported and shut down NOW.
Beware!!!! Wish I had did my research before hand!! Customer service.. There is none!! Very rude and unprofessional!! ...Like others have said...they cannot >do not< run cards..they only accept cash only....I'm good with that..I don't like paying taxes either..Problem I have is...I provided parts and the mechanic cross threaded an O2 sensor into the brand new catalytic converter and damaged both sensor and converter saying that the part was wrong..second opinion confirms the correct part and damaged threads...returned with n... read more
