I never had a visit because when the receptionist called the 1st time she left me a message but I couldn't call back right away & then it slipped my mind. I have had a lot of trauma, stress & heartache recently & some tasks don't get done in a timely manner! When she called again 1 1/2 weeks later I called back the next day. Excellent doctor, caring, and very prompt in repairing my problem. Needed surgery and he got me in the following day to operate. Returned my calls promptly and let me know the results.

Dr. Mansur is unfailingly courteous and informative. He communicates in person, does not rely on intermediaries which I greatly appreciate.
Staff and Dr Mansur was very honest with me.
The staff is great! But Terry the receptionist is very rude. If Dr. Mansur wasn,t such a good doctor I would not go there because of Terry!
