I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others after everything we’ve been through with Mansouri Living, formerly Liza Homes - same low quality workmanship. From the start, things felt off. They told us they had paid our property taxes at closing, but when we asked for proof, they couldn’t provide a city-issued receipt—just an Excel spreadsheet they made themselves. Largely the house is good, but there were many issues when we moved in. The contractor was not easy to work with and decided to do quick fixes rather than take the time to do it right the first time. Our liaison would be pleasant to your face and act like she is in your side, but ultimately she only cares about her bonus. This seems to be tied to spending less money to fix mistakes and add ons. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was quite patient with them due to the fact that Covid gave every business obstacles, but I have been in my home now for 2 years. Moved in Dec/2022. I have outstanding items that need to be fixed and they tell you they will do it and then when push comes to shove they say they will not be repairing things. I have high ticket items such as my frameless shower glass that cost $6000 that was scratched during installation and they said they would replace it and now they are trying to blame... read more
