Came in to see sprained ankle. Told me to get off crutches and out of brace walk more or it would worsen. I am still seeing doctors about this injury. It is mutually suspected that the order off crutches was premature and a direct cause to a new lasting pain. I don't want anyone else to go through this. It has ruined my ability to do most physical hobbies and work a job I enjoyed. Seen at DOCS Urgent Care in North Haven, March 2022
