Colleen is truly the best! She always answers the phone when I call and constantly reassures me that everything will be okay. She genuinely cares for her clients like family and goes above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome. Awful. Hired them for defense work only to be repeatedly verbally abused over the phone by Richard Manske. No help whatsoever. Would not have hired if I had known they were like this. Heard plenty of similar stories after I started having problems with him. No one wanted to say anything bad because he threatens to sue people.
The worst attorney I ever selected.Didnt show up for the court date. Sent someone else I had never seen before.No representation. Had just spoke to me the day before court never once said anything about not being present for court the next day.It was like I had no attorney.
