The young lady that showed me around was very good.
We absolutely loved living here! The community is quiet, clean, and truly felt like home from day one. One of the biggest highlights was how safe and secure we always felt—such a comforting feeling, especially in today’s world. A huge shoutout to Kimberlee, the property manager—she is incredible! The on site maintenance team is great. They respond quickly; they acknowledge receipt of the request and confirm arrival time. This particular issue was critical due to water leakage and they responded immediately. The issue was resolved in a timely manner to prevent water damage. Once they make sure the issue is resolved they clean up & provide any required information. They are friendly, professional and take time to answer any questions or concerns. We feel very confident with their work being complete.
We appreciate Kimberly and her kindness! We have enjoyed living at The Mansions for the past 3 years!
