My wife and I had a fantastic experience working with Mansion Windows and Doors recently for a complete window and sliding doors replacement project. Our PGT double pane, low E glass windows are beautiful, thermally efficient and super quiet. Mansion Windows and Doors have proven to be a professional, efficient and reliable company to work with. I received speedy turn around time and frequent communications. The two assigned installers were punctual, clean, pleasant and capable. Removal and replacement proved tougher than expected, however they worked well as a team and completed the job in record time. We used Mansion windows to replace our old windows and doors. We worked with Ryan and the communication was not good and we had to constantly go back and forth with him to get an update for the timeline for delivery. Also, they sent 2 wrong windows for installation and when my wife asked, we had to pay for it again even though it was their fault to send the incorrect window.
