Mansion (and the two Dave's we have been trying to work with) are super unresponsive and have been very difficult to work with. Most of the doors still don't function properly and we are still waiting on crucial hardware 6 months later. Have called, emailed and continue to get the run around. Would highly advise working with a different organization.
We used Mansion windows to replace our old windows and doors. We worked with Ryan and the communication was not good and we had to constantly go back and forth with him to get an update for the timeline for delivery. Also, they sent 2 wrong windows for installation and when my wife asked, we had to pay for it again even though it was their fault to send the incorrect window. These guys were great! Great work and follow up after the installation. They also gave great recommendations in terms of design questions. I highly recommend.
I recently had windows and doors installed and, as someone known for having high expectations, I’m pleased to say the team exceeded them. From start to finish, the professionalism and attention to detail were remarkable. The quality of the installation was top-notch, and they took the time to ensure everything was done to our standards. When an issue as brought to their attention, they promptly corrected the issue. What more can you ask for.
