People's attitudes and food.. and they need to add other than crackers as snacks between meals.. because they serve dinner at 4:30 and for some that go there for physical therapy purposes only (like myself).. and have no type of special diet.. 4:30 till 7:30 am is a long time between those 2 meals to wait.. They should have phones in the residents rooms so they can communicate with their loved one.. if for some reason they can't receive visits.. like for COVID-19. Personel needs to gossip less and work more.
