I was printing my wedding photos admiring my wedding dress, when I realized that I never left a much needed review of this shop because they saved my wedding back in 2024! I had a wedding dress nightmare with another shop/seamstress and Mansion Hill saved me! My original wedding dress came in way too big and the seamstress they sent me to totally botched my wedding dress. Claire was super helpful and accommodating! I went to three places during my search and thought she had the most flattering and trendy dresses at a great price. I absolutely loved my dress and veil, and the experience of picking them out was super special and intimate!
Mansion Hill Bridal was the first and only stop on my search for my wedding dress! There are plenty of local options in the Cincinnati area, but after asking around about other people’s experiences (which were mostly underwhelming reviews about other spots), I’m SO happy that I chose Mansion Hill first! I had such a wonderful experience at mansion hill bridal! Claire was absolutely amazing! So helpful and made me feel so comfortable. Liz was also super helpful to us over the phone as well! So happy to have said yes to the dress here!!
We shopped here this past Saturday and had a wonderful experience. Liz, our consultant, was just the sweetest and patiently pulled dress after dress after dress for my daughter to try on! This was the first of three shops we went to that day. Ultimately, my daughter chose a dress from another shop but I had to review Mansion Hill Bridal because they were so fantastic to work with.
