Manship Builders is constructing a residence on the adjacent lot to my dwelling. As a result of significant elevation differential created by the construction effort, they installed a retaining wall formed by boulders, totally of their own design. This endeavor was constructed approximately twelve feet from my property line and was a total surprise to the Homeowner's Association and myself. Manship is constructing a residence adjacent to my property. With no agreement, oral or written, they forwarded me a 7,200.00 invoice for storm water improvements not located on my property. This statement, once read, would leave most thinking "there must be more to the story." If there was, I would not be placing this in print. I found Manship,at the very least, to be dubious and arrogant.
