I’ll start this review with WOW!! I have had multiple children in different age groups over several seasons, so my experience is not a one-off, it’s systemic. Refereeing is hit and miss but when it’s bad, it’s like the refs don’t know the rules. The bigger problem is the game cancellation policies, it’s constant and seemingly ridiculous (my comparison is that the surrounding soccer associations play when Mansfield does not). On November 15,2023 Debbie Hinds held a meeting to dissolve the Falcons team and coach. Reason being that they said we was not happy with them. And for what, complaints for bad referee calls. And other teams trying to injure players. These are 12,13,14 year old boys that have paid to play since they were 6 in this organization. Now due to such evil and abuse of power they will have to find somewhere else to play. I personally don’t want to give them anymore of my money.
