Personal attention and detailed explanation The doctor was awesome. I am surprised that she spent as much time as she did. It helped that their office staff person was able to speak Spanish so my mom could explain herself in detail. Dr. Nangha also explained this season's weird flu that is going around and taking care of my mom during the winter.
