This company was amazing to work with. We definitely will keep them on speed dial. They stuck to their promise and made it out the same day even with it being after hours for most. They got the job done, very professional, and kept me in the loop of what was happening and what needed(s) to happen. We had some unexpected issues that they were willing to fix right then and there to make everything work before they left. My kids are happy so mommas happy. This company can not be trusted. I had a leak and they sent someone out to diagnosis the issue. Then after the issue was diagnosed they sent a restoration company without my approval to do emergency services. Prices were not explained at all during the process. I am now in the middle of getting my insurance company to pay for things the restoration company are being denied for while still possibly being financially responsible.
