Kenneth was amazing! He did an excellent job inspecting and checking the drain. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was causing the issue and what steps could help prevent future problems. I really appreciated the valuable information and maintenance tips he shared, which helped me better understand the condition of the drain. I highly recommend Kenneth to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.
