Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with front office and phone staff. Members of the company and office staff seem to be unaware of their responsibilities, and seem less than helpful when asked to redirect a phone call to one of their OWN staff members. I did not appreciate the phone tag that was required in order to get someone on the line who knew how to address my problem and solve it. Adequate training and staff should be #1 in a business where customer service is KEY.
Henry and Josiah did a great job servicing our garbage didposal! I had no idea where the leak was coming from they found it right away. Really appreciate the service you guys provide and the great professionals you send out!
