Had a few quotes for replacement of our water heater. Willard provide us with the best quote and warranty than all the others with items added above what others quoted. They have a Veterans discount.
Follow up free Inspection of faucets, water line, filter & softener. This inspection was a complete joke. The tech didn’t inspect all faucets, didn’t know anything about the softener/ filter system installed 2 months ago by your company. The paperwork shows the water line descaled at time of filter installation, which was inaccurate. The rep that sold system recommended descaling tankless water heater during filter installation.
