They did a decent job for the amount the insurance paid them. I only dropped the two stars because the area that they had to repaint had some minor blemishes that could later cause chipping. They tried to buff them out but they were under the paint. I did get them to sign the final ticket saying that the warranty will apply if it starts to chip.
Great customer service from everyone and attention to detail. Highly recommend....
CARSTAR of Mansfield TX did a good job repairing the right side of the pickup. They forgot to replace the seat belt and we had to leave it an extra day to get that fixed.
The process was made simple. CARSTAR communicated throughout the process, finished the work on time, and my car looks like it was never in an accident. I’m very pleased.
