Lived here for years and let me say this is one of the best Co-ops in NYC, secured, clean and friendly neighbors. The only downfall is that they’ve been letting anyone rent here lately(just guessing) so rare moments of sketchy loitering and pot smoking . But overall great co-op definitely worth buying here
Nice kept building, although it smells like marijuana in the hallways all day. Basement always smells like a sewer. Beware people steal packages (3320 av h.) Had my packages stolen twice. Management never resolves any issues that need to be fixed in your apartment.
