These people were absolutely fantastic with my daughter. She is 4 years old and she needed trigger thumb surgery and as a mom it's a scary thing to have your daughter put under anesthesia at that age. But Dr McLaughlin the nurses and the entire staff were so unbelievably kind and sweet and caring and patient with not only me but my daughter... and it really made a massive difference. I can't say enough about all the care I got from all the staff at copley hospital last month. The care was top notch the nurses were so attentive and they even went out personally and grabbed medicine for me after hrs because my ride was sick. Not only did they follow up I received a hand written card from the team personally.
This office double books appointments! My appointment was at 2:15pm I showed up 10 minutes early to fill out the customary paperwork. 40 minutes go by after my scheduled appointment. Other patients who came in after my scheduled appointment saw Dr. Harlow before me. I asked the front desk what was going on and was told Dr. Harlow was running behind. I visited today ro get the planters wart cut out from the bottom of my foot. The assistant cane in first, she seemed nice, and she looked at my toenails, witch do look horrible, and she said oh my god!! Poor, Dawn! I said I know, I can't cut them, they are way too tough She nicely said, we will take care of that today. I said great!
