We had a generator start issue and we were going to be using it for the next 3 days at Harvest Host locations. Kris was awesome! He came out the next day and thank goodness, he was able to fix it. Exceptionally nice, came to my location when my brakes rendered my vehicle unsafe to drive. Diagnosed and fixed the issue( a stone lodged in the back of the caliper) inside of 20 minutes. Would rate higher, but 5 is the max.
