They deserve 5 stars. The room I stayed in was very clean, all the amenities that you could want were available. The staff members I spoke to were very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was staying only one night I wish I could have stayed longer. Great heating, bed and bedding was so tasteful and warm. I was a paying guest.
Lovely clean room, close to the centre of town but very quiet. The bed was awesome, better than ours at home ! Only downside that needs addressing is the floor of the shower. I've had 2 shoulder reconstructions following a fall and I was terrified I would slip in the shower (Room 12). Perhaps a shower mat could be provided.
Neat, tidy, modern room. Very comfortable for the night. Arrived late, the heater and room lights were on for us. A great experience
