This wasn’t my first negative experience with this office, which is why it took me over a year to come back. I have significant trauma related to medical care, and Dr. Daum is well aware of that. He also knows the major surgery I underwent and that the treatments I receive now are a result of that surgery. Because of my history, I ask questions before signing medical paperwork. I cannot recommend Dr. Daum and his incredible nursing staff enough. Dr. Daum is very knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, patient, and reassuring. He always took the time to answer every question, never made me feel rushed, and made sure I felt and comfortable with every decision. His nurses deserve just as much praise. The best Obgyn! Had our baby in December and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. Never felt like I was bothering him by asking any questions and hardly had to wait when i was there for my appointments. Staff are so friendly and all treat you like family.
The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and efficient, getting me checked in quickly without any unnecessary hassle. The nursing staff was very kind, extremely understanding, and wonderfully friendly.
I came in for my first pap and was already feeling a bit anxious about the visit. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Daum was very disappointing. During the appointment, he seemed dismissive and was thinking out loud while I was trying to share my family history, which made it difficult to feel heard. None of the exam steps were explained to me beforehand.
