Edit 03/2026 I went for my one year follow up. As promised, I am here to update my review. This appointment was GREAT! I was greeted warmly, did not have a long wait. Dr. Daum asked me questions and seemed interested in talking with me about my current HRT regimen and offered suggestions as to how he thinks it'll will be more effective. I was there for my yearly pap so having that brief conversation made me feel seen and heard with regard to my overall health. He even asked for me to send him imaging reports to review. I have been a patient of dr. Daum's since 2020 and he delivered my first baby via csection. He is kind and laid back and makes me feel comfortable. I trust him with my care and my babies and his office staff is always kind and compassionate. Thats why I chose to come back to him now for my second pregnancy. Thank you for all that you do!
Very dismissive of any problems I brought up. also had to spend 45 minutes on the phone, 30 of which were on hold.
The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and efficient, getting me checked in quickly without any unnecessary hassle. The nursing staff was very kind, extremely understanding, and wonderfully friendly.But the real standout was my doctor. Dr. Daum compassionate and highly regarded physician in the practice. Great office! Monica Andrews is the most helpful, caring nurse and Dr. Daum is an amazing doctor. He takes his time to talk to you and listen to all your concerns. I cannot say enough good things about this office!
