The medical staff is great. The reception area not so great. I've called twice when my call went into voicemail that told you to leave your name, date of birth and phone number and they would call you back. I never received a call back. I call to see if I needed to make an appointment for a blood draw. Was told I didn't need an appointment come in anytime between 8 and 4.
