The Manson medical centre was once a brilliant surgery full of brilliant talented genuine kind caring Drs. All of them put together are not a scratch on some of the previous genuine Doctors/head of practice It now boarders on unethical I’d be surprised to still see this place going in 3-5 years Drs leave in droves now it’s a partnership it’s run on over inflated Egos greed you’ve said how many patients this surgery has far to overloaded with not enough Drs especially as they’d keep leaving rather than doing what is right for... read more
Got to have a heart for harvir who's on the phone (no hmo). He's always sounding so polite and is always willing to help. After having a bad week and after speaking to him the tone of his voice kind of cheered me up. Thank you! R M
We love Yonata!!! Yonata is the best receptionist that I have ever spoken to in my life. Dr's receptionists are notoriously infuriating for many people. Yonata has a gentle voice. He is sensitive to your needs and will go out of his way to help you. He's so kind and helpful ☺️ Thankyou for your help
The staff at the info desk are utterly useless and couldn’t care less about your emergency. They either fail to do what they promised or completely forget about it. When you remind them, they tell you to call back the next day, showing no remorse or concern for patients dealing with urgent health issues.
Very good surgery, I dint have any issues earlier but recently the receptionist (I dint bother to ask his name. I am not sure if he is new) is being very rude. When someone calls in help, its ok not to help them but he need not be so rude to a patient.
