I went to visit my father last week. I was taken back by the living conditions this apartment establishment finds acceptable. They have no maintenance service to my understanding and no pest control. The conditions that my father is living in are unacceptable. I am just getting started....I don't care if this controlled living apartments! People matter, health matters and people do not deserve to live in conditions that will effect their health. I will be going to the city about this place of business. There is a serious management problem. We have contacted maintenance and the landlord about the serious black mold in our bathroom that covers our ENTIRE ceiling and not a single thing has been done about it except for their sad attempt to spray paint over it. It is seriously affecting our health and safety.
For being in mansfield they have good rent prices. Management is great
