Great Gym to do a strength workout when out of town and spending a few days in Mansfield. Easy to get in casually , no hassles.

After concerning bone density results 12 months ago, I chatted with Steve In an effort to increase my bone density, I visited the Mansfield Gym. Steve wrote up a program specific to my needs. He monitored me that I was doing the exercises correctly and revised the program as I got stronger. Today I have had the results of my latest bone density test and was thrilled to see there is improvement. My bones have actually got stronger. Bonus, I am fitter and feel great! Thanks Steve.

Great gym! 24/7 open and no sign up fee. It has all the equipment needed and the staff is super helpful and nice
