Not happy with the treatment and the way they treated the patient. We took our 7 years old girl to see Dr Sunethra Senarathna on Monday 25 August. Without conducting any tests, this doctor prescribed Antibiotics. And obviously, the prescribed medicine didn’t help. We went to see another GP and got her checked and after simple tests, it was concluded that she is having viral infection. Now since we have started, we will have to finish the antibiotics. Not recommending this practice. Hopeless and useless.
Very poor treatment by the MANAGER of the practice when I questioned why their phones were not on at the proper opening time and possible wait times for the appointment I was trying to book. No empathy given at all as a distressed mother with a sick child. Kept talking over me and told me there were 4 other calls waiting. Dr Chaminda has been my Dr for 20+ years. She is caring, friendly, and keeps up to date with the latest medical info. I very much like going to the Mansfield family Practice.
I have only the best things to say about my GP, Dr Chaminda. She is a wonderful, extremelly knowledgeable and caring doctor who has helped me and my family immensely. Her advice and a choice of specialists is excellent. I an very grateful. The reception Team is professional and provide a good service.
