I went in for a biometric screening. Check-in was prompt. All procedures were explained to me thoroughly, and all staff was friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend!
I have been here several times with an appointment. Not once have I ever actually been in at my appointment time. At least an 45 minute to an hour and a half after my set appointment time. No point to have appointments if they aren’t actually respected
Care now is partnered with the VA for urgent care for vets, but they are not vet friendly at all. They claim to not be able to send e scripts to the va pharmacy, but this is not true. Care now sends e scripts every day to the va pharmacy. They will not fax the script in nor will they release the script to my wife to take it to the va pharmacy, all due to their internal policies. The nurse and the staff at the back end are professional and respectful. They treated me very well But the front desk lady needs some customer service training I went in yesterday and she was on the phone due to fatigue I had to sit down a gentleman came in after me and she took care of him before me when she was done with her phone call. When he left I went to her and said I don’t want to be rude but I was here before him and she rolled her eyes and asked my name.
