Very responsive to my needs.
Great services! They are friendly and helpful
Physical location is nice and building is new. Public bathroom in lobby was extremely unsanitary. I went for an infusion and the room is very small and cramped. The waste basket where gloves, blood stuff, etc is deposited was in between the two chairs, open, way too close to patients. This should not be allowed. I felt icky the while time sitting there. We go in there with autoimmune diseases and I did not feel safe in that environment. The young lady in charge of the infusions is very kind, efficient, and good at her job. B... read more
I had a procedure scheduled. When I got prescription orders, I called the office because I had hesitations and questions about how the prescribed medicine would affect nursing. I had hoped the person answering the phone might consult with the doctor, but instead I was brushed off and told to go ask my obgyn (just days before the procedure). Without having my concern addressed (not even an attempt made), I canceled the procedure.
