Very good experience with Dr. Youssef. Some of the office staff are not very helpful. My impression was that they were annoyed with me when trying to schedule orders. I waited 7 days to get procedure/ X-ray scheduled and it was only because I had to get a physical copy of the order and drive it to the imaging center. The office staff seemed annoyed that I wanted help and that I wanted to ask questions. Leadership needs to take ownership and make corrections. I'll be glad to never interact with that office again.

Staff was nice, got a colonoscopy scheduled quickly, only problem and it’s a huge one, is Dr. Brennan. Guy is an actual joke. Extremely dismissive, came in the room for 15 seconds, didn’t listen to me, started listing off things it could be and being condescending. After months of him being useless, I ended up having SIBO and actual problems that I brought up to him, and the whole time I said these things, he’d just brush me off. No one answers their phone on every single occasion I have called. It's a tedious task trying to have a simple issue resolved via phone and their call back is usually a week or more out. Don't even bother to try the texting feature, that option never gets a reply. About to try finding another doctor for my procedure.
I want to thank Dr Suwebatu T. Odunsi-Shiyanbade and her staff, they are AMAZING!!!! I was so nervous and scared... they made me feel comfortable, she each one explained the entire process. I loved the vibe of the entire office. My experience was 10 out of 10 plus!
