Can not speak highly enough of the Urgent Care Team and Emergency nurse practitioner Melita. Their compassion and professionalism is hands down the best we have encountered from a Public hospital.

I (Roland - using my partner’s account) just want to let everyone know how fantastic Nurse Cassie and Doctor Jorge were when they attended my medical emergency this morning. To the bosses of Mansfield District Hospital, please know that these two professionals are one of a kind. To be honest, they are by far the best medical practitioners I have ever encountered. Thank you.

Rude women at the front counter needs to learn some manners and respect, you’d think that because it’s a hospital you wouldn’t get yelled at for walking in the wrong door, think again.
