Initially I quickly gave this Dentist a 5 cause of the staff but my experience the 2nd time was an absolute nightmare! Went in due to huge abscess above my tooth. Dentist took all but 2 min and sent me home with NO solution. I had to see another Dentist who quickly saw the HUGE crack in my tooth by Xray, could see all the infection in my face due to the infected tooth, and Ideal Dental took care of the problem that had been paining me for months. We are new patients to this office and from the first phone call to the initial visit and the dental work needed for my son. It was seamless easy. The staff were friendly courteous, and made us feel like part of the family every encounter we had with any staff member was absolutely amazing.

I cannot say enough, good things about the sinus office. My 10-year-old son called me from school with an extremely bad toothache. They were able to get us a new patient appointment the same day. The person I spoke with on the phone was professional, kind, courteous, sympathetic, and efficient. From the moment we walked in the door, we were cared for like family.
