I attended an appointment yesterday for a DEXA Scan and I was in a bit of an emotional state because my mum had just passed away a couple of days before .The radiographers ,I think their names were Carol and Glenda were really kind to me and cheered me up no end. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to them when all I wanted to do was burst into tears. Could you please thank Carol & Glenda for me.
Horrible place. Unfriendly staff and person carrying out my scan seemed to want to inflict pain without warning. I was supposed to be having my kidneys checked out, not kicked into the middle of next week. Probably the worse medical appointment I have ever attended, and I hope I never have to go there again
