I wish I did not have to write this review but I had a horrible experience with my booking. Wasting my time to get to the location but only to end up receiving a text when I got there that the technician wasn’t available. They did send me a screenshot indicating that they sent the message (cancellation) a couple of hours before my appointment but I only got it after I made a call. I wish they actually made an effort that the client has acknowledged the cancellation or at least a brief call. In sum, I wasted a couple of hours... read more
